Elizabeth Arden brand  recognized worldwide for innovative beauty products, trendsetting makeup and distinctive perfumes was recently launched in Nigeria.

They introduced the product to Nigerians via a media briefing that held on Saturday at Talindos restaurant and lounge Victoria Island Lagos. During which the brand announced top model Adeola Ariyo as its brand ambassador for Africa.

Guests present at the event include Zainab Balogun, Adeola Ariyo, Eku Edewor, Noble Igwe, Latasha Ngwube, Zina Anumudu and  lots more.

Nigerian Tycoon Orji Uzor Kalu Set To Launch Hotel on the Island

Orji Uzor Kalu, a Nigerian millionaire businessman and politician, is set to launch a chain of             boutique hotels across Nigeria.According to a report by Sun News Nigeria, the hotel chain is              called‘Sun Heavens Hotels and Resort, and will target business visitors and tourists. The first            hotel is situated in Victoria Island, Lagos, and will open for business before the end February.            Kalu is also reportedly currently building other hotels in locations such as Lekki, Ikoyi, Asokoro,        Gudu, Umuahia and Enugu.The hotels will be managed by Turkish veteran hotelier Elis Seval.

Cable Car Mass Transit, to Launch in Lagos, in 2015

The city of Lagos will get cable car mass transit, in 2015, according to an agreement, between the Lagos Government and a Nigerian cable car company,Ropeways Transport Limited. The cable car system, will be the first commercial one, in Nigeria, aside those available for tourism – in Obudu. The system will cost $500 million, and will be useful to reducing traffic and improving road safety in the Lagos, in future.
